Academic Performance
The process of studying and accelerated learning is enhanced by developing improved concentration techniques, improving not only concentration but comprehension, forming strategies for improving memory and creativity and helping to solve theoretical problems or real-world problems, using the knowledge already attained.
Career Performance
In what seems to me like another lifetime ago, I worked in the corporate sector, primarily in wealth management. The financial industry was (and still is) steeped in stress and anxiety. You are as good as (safe in your job as) your last deal or your last month. This dog eat dog, target driven industry can, and often does, take its toll on mental, emotional and physical health.
How can hypnotherapy help?
1. Stress reduction. Hypnotherapy reduces stress. It rids the body of excess adrenaline and replaces it with endorphins.
2. Strengthening your ego. Ego has a bad rap. Ego doesn’t have to be about narcissism but self-belief. When we believe in ourselves we see opportunities when they present themselves and we are able to act on them.
3. Increases self-confidence. Confidence is a state of mind. When you feel confident you accept yourself and believe in your abilities.
4. Getting excited about success. Wanting success is a powerful motivator. With hypnosis, you can change how your mind views success and instead of feeling stressed or doubtful about your abilities you begin to get excited about the challenges ahead.
5. It gives you the feeling of being successful. In hypnosis you see, feel and experience success as if it’s already happening, not as something out of reach or far into the future. And as the subconscious mind doesn’t distinguish between a real or an imagined event, you’re already ahead of the game.
